Job Summary

This role seeks a proactive and reliable Facility Manager or Caretaker to join a telecommunications company in Fürstenwalde/Spree, with an initial temporary contract leading to permanent employment. Day-to-day responsibilities include acting as the primary contact for building disturbances, emergencies, and minor repairs, supporting internal relocation services, and preparing meeting rooms. The role also involves essential logistical tasks such as distributing office supplies (paper, toner), conducting internal and external site inspections, managing external service providers, and ensuring winter readiness (snow and ice removal). Candidates must have a completed technical or commercial apprenticeship, relevant professional experience in facility management or as a caretaker, and good German language skills (B2 minimum).
