Job Summary

This role is for a Software Application Engineer focused on customizing and developing control software for high-tech automation machinery, serving as a key link between standard products and specific customer needs. Day-to-day responsibilities involve adapting the standard software of machines to meet unique customer requirements, implementing adjustments within the PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), configuring HMI systems, and integrating with MES systems. A significant part of the job includes the commissioning and further development of software modules and components. The ideal candidate must possess a structured, results-oriented approach and strong technical expertise in automation. Required qualifications include a degree or certified technician status, along with secure handling of PLC programming (e.g., TwinCAT 3) and knowledge of object-oriented programming, such as C#.
