Job Summary

This permanent, part-time position (20 hours/week) as a Chemical Laboratory Technician focuses on the analytical quality control of water, wastewater, and sludge for the Aggerverband. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing drinking, surface, and wastewater samples, executing complex instrumental chemical analysis methods like Photometry, IC, ICP-MS, and ICP-OES, and meticulously documenting and validating results using spreadsheet programs. A key component of the role involves supporting the department leadership in maintaining high work safety standards, specifically relating to the procurement and storage of hazardous substances and drafting operational instructions. Candidates must possess completed vocational training as a Chemical Laboratory Assistant (CTA) or Chemical Laboratory Technician, coupled with extensive knowledge of chemical analysis, lab technology, and hazardous material management.
