This role seeks a dedicated Construction Manager specializing in Civil and Pipeline Construction to join a successful medium-sized general contractor based in Sonnewalde (Brandenburg), working on projects nationwide for industrial, commercial, and governmental clients (e.g., production buildings, logistics halls, infrastructure). The successful candidate will manage the complete lifecycle of projects, overseeing work preparation, planning coordination, site management, billing, and final acceptance, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within quality standards, and economically successfully. Ideal candidates hold a completed degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture and possess strong team spirit, assertiveness, and decision-making capabilities.
