Job Summary

This role involves independently managing and developing the portfolio of business and other continuing education programs, including the associated learning platform, for the skilled trades sector. The Product Manager will be responsible for identifying educational needs and market trends to develop new course formats, conducting evaluations, and performing statistical analysis. A key component of the job is comprehensive course organization and administration, ranging from customer data management and billing to managing the teaching staff—including selection, coordination of content, contracts, and invoicing. The ideal candidate blends strong organizational skills with business acumen, is comfortable in a digital environment, and will optimize content for cross-media marketing, including planning and executing Google Ads campaigns, while also advising prospective students on course content and funding opportunities.
