Job Summary

This role seeks a proactive Construction and Project Manager specializing in Technical Building Services (TGA) to oversee complex renovation and new construction projects in existing properties in Hamburg-Nord. The successful candidate will be responsible for the complete lifecycle management of projects, from planning through execution, adhering strictly to German standards (HOAI phases 1-8, VOB). Key duties include coordinating all internal and external trades, rigorous cost and quality control, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. Candidates must possess a strong technical foundation, either through vocational training (e.g., Electrician, HVAC Mechanic) or a technical degree in Civil Engineering or TGA. While significant experience in construction management is preferred, motivated career starters are explicitly encouraged to apply.
