Job Summary

This 18-month fixed-term position in Freiburg requires a skilled Business Analyst to drive innovation within the Business Technology L&D sector. The role involves analyzing requirements for existing software and processes, conceptualizing new solutions, and ensuring successful implementation. Day-to-day tasks include structuring data for decision-making, developing end-to-end process chains from a stakeholder perspective, and coordinating testing efforts. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, an affinity for UX and user needs, and exceptional self-organization. This role offers the opportunity to work closely within an agile team, collaborating directly with Developers, the Scrum Master, and the Product Owner to measure product success and implement continuous optimization measures. You will be instrumental in translating complex business needs into actionable specifications and guiding solutions from concept through delivery.
