As Team Lead Projects, you will be instrumental in overseeing the planning and execution of construction projects across electricity, gas, water, and district heating sectors. This role involves leading a team of 13 employees, ensuring projects are completed reliably, economically, and with a future-oriented approach. You will manage internal and external stakeholders, including authorities and partner companies, and take charge of special projects from conception to completion, focusing on cost, schedule, and quality control. A key aspect of the role is the optimization and digitalization of technical processes and planning. The ideal candidate will possess an engineering degree or a technical qualification with master/technician certification and extensive project leadership experience, coupled with strong project management skills and business acumen.
