This role is for a Civil Engineer specializing in Environmental Technology to join a leading, growing company focused on developing innovative wastewater treatment plants for international export. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the planning and realization of water management projects within the municipal water sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include applying deep knowledge of wastewater technology, managing projects, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Key qualifications include a university degree (Bachelor+) in Civil Engineering or a related environmental field, strong project management experience, and proficiency in MS Office and basic CAD software. This position offers a permanent, full-time contract with remote work flexibility, short decision-making paths, and the opportunity to work independently on impactful, long-term projects aimed at shaping the future of global wastewater treatment.
Required Skills
Education
University degree (Bachelor+) in Civil Engineering with specialization in Wastewater Technology, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Technology, or comparable fields (e.g., Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering)
Experience
- Professional experience in planning and realizing water management projects in the municipal water sector
- Professional experience in Project Management
- 2 years of professional experience in mechanical and plant engineering, wastewater treatment/water purification (municipal/industrial) desirable
