Job Summary

This role involves supporting the Intellectual Property (IP) department of a high-tech adhesive manufacturer by guiding innovative R&D developments from the initial idea through to final protection rights. The Patent Engineer will be responsible for internally preparing patent applications and coordinating their submission with external law firms. A key part of the job is proactively identifying new trends and opportunities in the IP landscape by analyzing patent data, ensuring DELO maintains a competitive edge. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering and possesses initial experience in patent law, ideally within an industrial setting, along with strong analytical and consulting skills.
