Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Site Manager for Electrical Systems to take full technical and disciplinary responsibility for facility services at an industrial site in Hamburg-Nord. The core duties involve managing a small team of up to 10 employees, ensuring the delivery of all contracted technical services, and acting as the central point of contact for the client regarding technical building management. A significant part of the role includes the planning, calculation, and organization of electrical engineering services within the industrial environment, alongside operating technical systems and CAFM tools. Candidates must possess a strong technical background, ideally as an Electrical Master or Technician, coupled with 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position. Success requires strong negotiation skills, cost awareness, and high customer orientation.
