Job Summary

This role at DEUTAG, a subsidiary of Basalt AG, involves ensuring the quality and sustainability of construction materials, specifically focusing on asphalt technology. The successful candidate will conduct physical and technical tests on aggregates, asphalt, and bitumen, and perform initial testing for new asphalt mixes. A key responsibility is investigating recycled asphalt to maximize its reuse, contributing to the company's sustainability goals. Furthermore, the role includes significant leadership duties, such as coordinating laboratory tasks, managing a small team of material testers, and overseeing the factory's internal production control (WPK) according to DIN EN 13108, Part 21.
