This role involves leading a team of 2-5 testers in conducting essential electrical safety checks (Elektro-Check) for customers, primarily focusing on portable electrical equipment. The Team Leader ensures the quality and electrical safety of on-site testing, utilizing diagnostic software and smartphones to digitally record faults, defects (such as insulation values or protective conductor resistance), and physical damage. Day-to-day tasks include generating measurement protocols and error reports directly from the diagnostic software, coordinating the testing process with clients, deploying team members, and addressing execution questions.
