Job Summary

The Medical Service Rhineland-Palatinate is seeking an Order Manager to join their East Region team in Mainz, initially on a 2-year fixed-term contract starting July 1, 2026. This role is crucial for managing the flow of orders related to medical and nursing assessments. Day-to-day responsibilities include comprehensive order entry and management, monitoring processing times, and handling all written and telephone communication with insured individuals, clients, and service providers. The manager will also be responsible for scheduling and monitoring appointments, alongside preparing and finalizing consultation and assessment documentation. Candidates must have completed vocational training as a Health Care Business Administrator, Medical Assistant, or equivalent qualification, possess strong IT skills, and ideally have knowledge of the German healthcare system. This position offers a varied and demanding role within a supportive team, flexible working hours, and compensation according to the Medical Services collective agreement (TV MD).
