Job Summary

This role focuses on the administration and support of complex IT environments, specializing in 2nd-level support and project participation. The core responsibilities involve the administration of Windows 11 and Windows Server systems, including managing Active Directory (GPO) and automating tasks using PowerShell. A significant part of the job includes managing Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive, and device management via Intune. You will also contribute to virtualization environments (Proxmox, Hyper-V, or VMware) and provide support in mixed Windows/Linux environments. The ideal candidate holds a degree or certification as an IT Specialist in System Integration, possesses strong experience in Windows/AD administration, and is proficient in Microsoft 365. Fluency in German (C1 minimum) and a customer-friendly demeanor are essential for effective documentation and client communication, both remotely and on-site.
