Job Summary
This full-time, permanent position seeks a highly motivated and analytical professional to serve as the Executive Assistant to the CEO of a major social welfare organization in Schleswig-Holstein. The role is central to corporate management, focusing specifically on supporting the CEO in the strategic development and leadership of elder care/nursing services. Key responsibilities include preparing decision-making documents for the board, independently managing and executing strategic projects, and leading working groups focused on change management and quality circles.
