Job Summary

This full-time Team Coordinator role in Altenberge (near Münster) involves leading the Sample Preparation and Basic Analytics lab team within food analytics. The successful candidate will be responsible for the disciplinary leadership of the team, ensuring operational efficiency through personnel and equipment planning, and continuously optimizing and documenting work processes and analytical methods. Day-to-day activities include providing practical support to the lab management and staff on technical issues, performing analysis procedures, evaluating and documenting results in the Laboratory Information System (LIMS) while adhering to strict quality standards, and conducting calibration and validation of analytical methods. The ideal candidate will have a background as a laboratory assistant, CTA, BTA, or technician with relevant professional experience, strong technical expertise in sample preparation, and excellent organizational and communication skills. Expertise in relevant norms and regulations, along with advanced German language skills (C1 level), are essential for success in this role.
