Job Summary
This is a full-time, permanent position starting March 1, 2026, within the Internal Services, Organization, IT, and Digitalization department of the Rosenheim District. The Administrative Officer will be responsible for diverse organizational tasks, including fleet management, overseeing the burglar alarm system, and managing access control software. A key part of the role involves conceptual preparation and execution of various projects, alongside general organizational duties related to civil defense. Candidates must possess a structured and reliable work ethic, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in standard office IT applications, particularly MS Office products. This role requires a service-oriented approach and the ability to handle complex situations with confidence and professionalism, offering an interesting and secure career path in the public sector.
Required Skills
Education
Completed training as an Administrative Specialist (equivalent to the second qualification level of the administrative and finance career path) or as an Administrative Assistant, or successful completion of the Administrative Specialist Course I (Verwaltungsfachkraft)
