Job Summary

This role involves the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various security systems, including fire alarm systems (BMA), intruder alarm systems (EMA), video surveillance, and access control. Day-to-day tasks include mounting and wiring components like sensors, detectors, and control panels, performing maintenance according to standards (e.g., DIN VDE 0833, EN 54), and diagnosing system malfunctions. The technician will also be responsible for programming control units, documenting work, and providing on-site customer support and training. Key requirements include a completed vocational education in the electrical field and foundational knowledge of network technology (IP-based systems). Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Professional experience in security systems (e.g., fire alarm, intruder alarm, or video surveillance systems) is advantageous
  • Experience working with manufacturer-specific technology (e.g., Bosch, Honeywell, Telenot) is required
