Job Summary
This role seeks an experienced and highly service-oriented IT Administrator to ensure the smooth operation of server and client systems for one of Germany's largest animal welfare organizations. The administrator will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of the IT infrastructure, including Windows Servers, Exchange, LAN/WLAN, VPN, DHCP, DNS, Firewall, and Backup systems. Key daily tasks involve technical support for employees, troubleshooting technical issues, managing user accounts and access rights, and administering applications like TEAMS for telephony and video conferencing. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical comprehension, works reliably and independently, and is committed to proactively planning and improving the existing IT infrastructure. This position offers flexible working hours and a supportive team environment, though it requires a high degree of on-site presence in Berlin.
