Job Summary

This role places you directly in contact with clients as part of an external IT service team, focusing on the specialized medical IT sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include the assembly, installation, and configuration of hardware, software, and complete IT systems tailored to specific client needs. You will be responsible for analyzing existing IT solutions and workflows through comprehensive inventory assessments and leading or participating in IT projects independently or collaboratively. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT qualification (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or System Administrator) and strong technical knowledge across Microsoft software, virtualization, monitoring, firewalls, and antivirus solutions. This position requires excellent communication skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and a willingness to work autonomously in a dynamic, future-proof environment with a focus on becoming a leading provider in medical IT across Germany.
