Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive installation, configuration, and maintenance of complex IT systems, networks, and software. The System Administrator will be responsible for ensuring system functionality through timely updates, backups, and technical support, while also administering servers and applications according to security regulations, including access permissions. A key component is troubleshooting hardware and software malfunctions and developing security policies to protect systems from attacks. The ideal candidate possesses vocational training as an IT Specialist or equivalent, coupled with excellent knowledge of server/client virtualization, network infrastructure (NAS/SAN, TCP/IP, VPN, Firewall), and various operating systems and databases (Windows Server, Linux, MS SQL, MySQL, MariaDB, MS Exchange).
