The engineer will act as the client representative (Bauherr), developing service specifications, and ensuring compliance with VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures) and budgetary regulations. Key responsibilities include project steering, coordinating with construction companies, utility providers, authorities, and specialist engineers, as well as responding to public inquiries. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Civil Engineering and possesses professional experience, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in German to effectively manage complex municipal infrastructure projects.
