Job Summary

This leadership role involves driving future innovation by integrating advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Data Science techniques into the company's products and processes. The Head of AI & Data Science will be responsible for developing and implementing the overarching corporate strategy for AI, ML, and Data Management, reporting directly to the management board. Day-to-day tasks include leading a team of experts, collaborating closely with all departments to integrate AI tools, and establishing robust data structures focused on product and customer data to enhance customer satisfaction, boost revenue, and optimize resource efficiency. The ideal candidate must possess extensive experience (10+ years) in these fields, including significant leadership tenure (5+ years), and proven success in launching software products utilizing AI/ML solutions, all while upholding the highest ethical and scientific standards in the educational sector.
