Job Summary

This role is ideal for a skilled Mechatronics or Electrical professional seeking a dynamic mix of workshop and field service work focused on strapping and stretch packaging machinery. Day-to-day responsibilities include the assembly, commissioning, and training on packaging machines at customer sites, alongside systematic fault diagnosis, repair, and maintenance both in the internal workshop and on-site. The technician will perform safety inspections (UVV/DGUV) and meticulously document all service activities. Key requirements include a completed technical apprenticeship (e.g., Mechatronics or Electrician), foundational knowledge of electrical and pneumatic systems, and the ability to read circuit diagrams for troubleshooting. The position offers a permanent, full-time contract, structured training, and varied assignments within a stable family-owned company, requiring travel primarily within Germany during the week.
