This role involves taking independent responsibility for the construction management and site supervision (HOAI Service Phase 8) of challenging electrical engineering projects, including large-scale, future-oriented projects like the Messehalle 12 in Leipzig. The Construction Manager will develop and implement technical solutions for complex challenges, coordinate both internal and external project partners, and maintain close contact with clients and building owners. A core focus is ensuring strict adherence to quality standards, schedules, and budgets. The ideal candidate is a qualified Electrical Engineering Technician or Master Craftsman with proven experience in construction management, strong MS Office skills, and a structured, flexible, and team-oriented approach.
