Job Summary

This role involves comprehensive project management and site supervision for the installation of large-scale energy storage systems, crucial for driving the energy transition. The Construction Manager will be responsible for planning and overseeing installations from start to finish, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring strict adherence to quality and safety standards (UVV, HSE). Key duties include stakeholder communication, managing project acceptance and handover, and providing technical support for maintenance operations. Candidates must possess a background in electrical engineering (electrician, technician, or degree), significant experience in construction site management, particularly in plant engineering, and familiarity with medium-voltage systems. The position requires a highly committed, solution-oriented professional with fluent German and good English skills, and a high willingness to travel (4-5 days/week) across the DACH region.
