Job Summary

This role involves leading and optimizing operational processes and project teams focused on sustainable energy solutions, specifically in Photovoltaics (PV) and heat pump installations. The Master Electrician will be responsible for the full lifecycle of PV construction projects, managing electrical preliminary work for heat pumps, and overseeing service assignments for existing customers. Key responsibilities include personnel management for Project Managers and Electricians in the Stuttgart area, process optimization, and complex coordination with grid operators to resolve technical special cases. Candidates must possess a Master Craftsman certification in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) and several years of construction experience, including initial leadership experience. Education
