Job Summary
This is a leadership role focused on driving the energy transition by managing photovoltaic construction and related electrical projects. The Master Electrician will be responsible for leading a team of Project Managers, overseeing the complete construction of PV systems, managing electrical preliminary work for heat pumps, and handling service operations for existing customers. Key responsibilities include optimizing operational processes, coordinating closely with grid operators (Netzbetreiber) on technical special cases, and fostering team development. The ideal candidate must possess a Master Craftsman certification in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent with a TREI certificate), professional experience in the construction environment, and initial leadership experience, coupled with fluent German skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
