The Technical Operations Manager will be responsible for personnel management, leading Project Managers, and coordinating Electricians. A key focus is the continuous analysis and optimization of operational processes to ensure smooth project execution. Day-to-day tasks include structured stakeholder management, close collaboration with other departments, coordinating with grid operators, and finding creative solutions for complex technical issues. The position requires a strong hands-on mentality and expertise in electrical engineering and construction.
