Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join Enpal Fulfillment B.V., a rapidly growing company dedicated to providing clean energy solutions through smart solar and heat pump systems. As the Technical Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading project managers and coordinating electricians in the Stuttgart location. Your core duties include overseeing photovoltaic construction, electrical preparatory work for heat pumps, and managing service operations for existing customers. A significant part of the role involves process analysis and optimization to ensure smooth project execution, stakeholder management, and liaising with grid operators to resolve technical special cases. The ideal candidate has a background in electrical engineering, a Master Craftsman or Industrial Master certification in Electrical Engineering (including the TREI certificate), and proven leadership experience in the construction sector.
