Job Summary

As a Technical Director at Me and All Hotel Ulm, you will be the cornerstone of the hotel's operational and technical excellence. Your day-to-day will involve overseeing all technical operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and internal standards, and managing cost control. You'll be responsible for continuous inspection and quality control of all facilities, conducting safety inspections, and ensuring the cleanliness and order of the property. This role also encompasses managing all repairs, maintenance, and statutory inspections, operating building technical systems, and handling energy controlling, fault reports, and complaints. You'll serve as the primary contact for external technical companies and participate in on-call duty.
