Job Summary

This role is for an HR Specialist/Generalist at NAH.SH GmbH, the public transport association for Schleswig-Holstein, focusing on managing the full employee lifecycle. Key responsibilities include overseeing the entire recruiting process, from identifying needs to final hiring, drafting employment contracts, handling all personnel-relevant documentation, and conducting salary evaluations. The specialist will also be responsible for personnel controlling, creating detailed HR analyses, and ensuring trusted collaboration with employee representatives. Candidates must possess a university degree or vocational qualification with a focus on Human Resources, Economics, or Psychology, coupled with relevant professional experience in HR and proficiency in HR software. Knowledge of the TV-L collective agreement is a significant advantage.
