Job Summary

This role involves acting as a technical expert, providing essential support for coating products, specifically in the Wind Blades sector, to customers globally. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting technical training and product demonstrations, performing laboratory analyses and application tests to support R&D and quality assurance, and executing technical audits to optimize customer production processes. The representative will also serve as the key technical consultant for the sales team throughout the sales cycle, troubleshoot processing issues, and manage complex technical inquiries in collaboration with the R&D department. The ideal candidate must possess a technical background in coatings technology or chemistry, have extensive practical experience with coating systems application and process monitoring, and demonstrate strong intercultural competence, supported by fluent German and English skills.
