Job Summary
This role involves acting as a crucial Application Support Specialist, providing 1st and 2nd-level support for company-specific applications within a global leader in sustainable plant fiber technology. Day-to-day responsibilities include structured analysis, classification, and resolution of technical disruptions and service requests, communicating closely with internal departments and external service providers. A key focus is coordinating sustainable problem solutions through targeted error analysis and supporting critical IT infrastructure tasks like software rollouts, updates, and migrations. The specialist will also be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation, user manuals, and training materials, and conducting user training sessions. This position is ideal for someone with a background in IT or Computer Science who possesses initial professional experience with SAP S4/Hana and SharePoint Online, and strong bilingual communication skills in German and English.
