Job Summary

As an IT Field Service Technician in Berlin, you will be the frontline support for a service provider specializing in redundant network environments. Your daily tasks will involve professional customer consultation, installing and configuring PCs and notebooks, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and performing data recovery. You'll also manage warranty cases, diagnose system failures, and actively participate in the rollout of new systems. This role requires hands-on 2nd level support for client and printing systems directly at customer sites.
