Job Summary

Join a leading security and telecommunications technology group as a Service Technician specializing in Intrusion Alarm Systems (EMA). In this critical, customer-facing role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of people and businesses by handling the full lifecycle of modern security installations. Your daily tasks will involve the professional installation, programming, and commissioning of high-tech EMA systems, alongside routine maintenance, detailed troubleshooting, and comprehensive documentation, including the creation of wiring diagrams. A key component of the role is direct customer interaction, providing on-site training and support, and participating in the necessary on-call duty rotation. The ideal candidate possesses completed vocational training in Electrical Engineering or ICT and several years of hands-on experience with EMA systems, coupled with strong knowledge of relevant industry standards (DIN VDE, VdS).
