Job Summary

This role seeks a detail-oriented Financial Accountant to join a senior residence provider on a part-time basis (15-20 hours/week). The core responsibilities involve ensuring accurate financial accounting, including booking all business transactions, managing monthly invoicing, handling electronic payment traffic, and performing account reconciliation and dunning processes. A key aspect of the role is actively contributing to the optimization and digitalization of financial processes and assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures. Candidates should possess a background as a certified Tax Specialist or equivalent commercial qualification, coupled with practical knowledge of DATEV accounting modules (Rechnungswesen, Zahlungsverkehr, Auftragswesen) and strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. The position offers flexibility, including mobile working options by arrangement, and support through a dedicated mentorship program during the induction phase.
