Job Summary
This role involves serving as the central point of contact for IT security across 22 schools under the district's administration. The Administrative Specialist will be responsible for defining and managing information security policies, ensuring compliance, and steering measures through a management system. Key daily tasks include consulting with schools, assisting with system procurement, managing vulnerability and patch processes (including IAM and monitoring), and developing IT emergency concepts and incident management plans. The ideal candidate holds a relevant university degree, preferably in Digital Administration, Informatics, or Business Informatics with a focus on IT security, and possesses strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. This is an attractive, permanent, part-time position (up to 29 hours/week) offering flexible working hours and the benefits of the public sector (TVöD/VKA).

Education
Completed relevant university degree (Bachelor/Master/FH), preferably in Digital Administration, Administrative Informatics, Informatics, or Business Informatics with a focus on Information Security or IT Security
Experience
- Professional experience in information technology (Desirable)

- In-depth knowledge in the field of IT security (Desirable)
