Job Summary

This critical role involves providing technical leadership and continuous development for the electrical operating organization within AIRBUS Aerostructures in Nordenham. The specialist will be responsible for appointing and managing electrical personnel, including Electrical Specialists (EFK), Work Supervisors (AV), and electrically instructed persons (EuP). Key daily tasks include leading and supervising electrical workforce, organizing work procedures, and selecting appropriate staff. A significant focus is placed on maintenance coordination, encompassing drafting external service specifications, selecting suppliers, obtaining quotes, and creating remediation plans. Furthermore, the role requires coordinating external companies, conducting safety instructions, and preparing hazard assessments according to the German Occupational Safety and Health Act (ArbSchG). Successful candidates must possess an apprenticeship or degree in Electrical Engineering, professional experience in electrical systems, and be fluent in both German and English.
