Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced professional to join the ORBIS Group as an SAP Customer Experience (CX) Consultant, focusing on guiding clients through the digital transformation of their customer processes. The consultant will actively support national and international projects from end-to-end, encompassing analysis, optimization, conception, and implementation of marketing, sales, and service processes using SAP CRM/CX solutions. A core responsibility is developing a deep understanding of customer journeys and leveraging digitalization to place the customer at the center of modern business operations. The position also involves significant leadership, requiring the consultant to act as a Project or Sub-project Manager, carrying budgetary and content responsibility. Ideal candidates must possess multiple years of experience as an SAP Consultant or Project Manager, deep knowledge of SAP CRM/CX implementation, strong IT affinity, and negotiation-level proficiency in both German and English.
