This role is for an experienced Manufacturing Assembly Integration and Test (MAIT) Manager to join a leading aerospace company in Lampoldshausen. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating all activities related to manufacturing, assembly, integration, and testing for assigned projects. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing efficient production and test strategies, managing budgets, defining and monitoring KPIs for continuous process improvement, and ensuring strict adherence to Safety, Quality, and Environmental (SQE) standards.
