Job Summary

This role focuses on developing, maintaining, and integrating the overarching IT architecture, specifically concerning SAP and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). The specialist will be technically responsible for designing and implementing integration solutions, including APIs, middleware, and data flows, between SAP, MES, and related systems. A key aspect is coordinating closely with various departments, including IT Security, Infrastructure, Digitalization, and Data Management teams, to ensure seamless operation. The ideal candidate possesses a background in Informatics or Business Informatics, strong knowledge of SAP and MES, and experience with modern interface technologies like REST, SOAP, and OPC UA. This is a crucial position driving the strategic alignment of IT management with innovative technologies such as Cloud, IoT, and Industry 4.0, requiring strong communication skills and an analytical, solution-oriented approach.
