Job Summary

This leadership role focuses on managing and enhancing the Process and Data Organization within global Product Line Management & Engineering. The successful candidate will act as the Process Owner for the "idea-to-product" capability, driving cross-functional product development worldwide to boost efficiency and reduce time-to-market. Day-to-day activities involve managing and improving product development capabilities, process, and data quality in collaboration with global stakeholders, supporting the continuous development of an Enterprise Architecture, and advancing organizational capabilities towards Virtual Engineering and Model-Based-Systems Engineering. Key qualifications include an academic degree in Engineering or a comparable field, substantial experience in Business Process Management within product development, and strong knowledge of modern development methods like MBSE. The role requires excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills, along with fluency in English and a willingness to travel internationally.
