Job Summary

As the Head of Data Management, you will lead and strategically manage the Data Management department at a renowned international contract research organization specializing in metabolic diseases. Your daily responsibilities will include the technical and disciplinary leadership of your team, overseeing resource allocation, project assignments, and staff development. You will foster close interdepartmental collaboration with project management, study coordination, statistics, software development, and quality management. A key focus will be on analyzing, designing, and continuously optimizing processes and data management standards in compliance with regulatory requirements. This role also involves planning and implementing digital transformation projects, developing change management strategies, and overseeing the introduction and improvement of software solutions, ensuring the efficiency and structure of departmental operations.
