Job Summary

The IT Requirements Engineer will join a cross-functional, self-organized development team at a leading air freight logistics provider. This role is central to defining and managing requirements, working closely with the Product Owner, stakeholders, and subject matter experts. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing customer and user requirements, translating them into Epics and User Stories, and defining acceptance criteria for implementation testing. The engineer will also be responsible for documenting system requirements, visualizing complex relationships, and helping develop metrics to measure feature success. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, strong skills in requirements management, and fluency in both German and English, offering a chance to shape internal methods within an agile development environment.
