Job Summary
The Government of Swabia is seeking a Specialist in Digitalization and Social Media to join the Organization, Digitalization, and IuK department. This full-time, fixed-term role primarily involves active participation in developing and implementing digital strategies and innovations, including managing change processes. Key responsibilities include conducting interviews and workshops for business process analysis, implementing internal processes using service management software (KIX) and eAkte Bayern, and creating specification files for online application procedures. Additionally, the specialist will support the organization's social media presence by creating and editing content (text, photo, and video) suitable for various channels and target groups, including covering for the primary Social Media Manager. Ideal candidates should have a university degree in Marketing, Media and Communication, Administrative/Business Informatics, or a comparable field, coupled with relevant practical experience and a high affinity for new technologies and digital trends.
