Job Summary

This role requires an Electrical Design Engineer to independently manage the electronic aspects of modern battery storage systems. Key responsibilities include taking project ownership, actively contributing to sales specifications, performing risk assessments, and calculating electrical cost blocks. Day-to-day tasks involve independently planning and documenting safety circuits according to mechanical engineering and process standards, as well as creating detailed technical specifications for sub-systems, power supplies, and external service providers. The engineer will also provide technical leadership during commissioning, creating necessary circuit diagrams and P&ID schematics. Candidates should hold a degree in Electrical Engineering (Energy or Automation Technology) or be a certified state-examined technician, ideally bringing initial professional experience in electrical design. Proficiency in CAD software and knowledge of relevant machine and process norms are essential for success in this permanent position within an innovative company focused on renewable energy and future-proof battery technology.
