Job Summary

This role involves the independent management and execution of fundamental renewal measures within the tramway track infrastructure. Key responsibilities include overseeing projects from technical planning through construction implementation, acceptance, and commercial processing, including securing necessary funding and grants. The technician will supervise construction firms, ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements (such as BO-Strab and planning conditions), and coordinate extensively with internal departments, external planners, suppliers, and public authorities (e.g., fire department, police, traffic offices). A crucial part of the job involves preparing tender documents, specifications, and managing procurement processes in line with construction regulations (VOB, HOAI). The ideal candidate must be a qualified Technician or Master Craftsman in civil engineering or possess equivalent long-term professional experience in the construction industry. This is a part-time position (20 hours per week).
