Job Summary

This role involves joining an agile team focused on designing, implementing, and testing safety-critical real-time software for AIRBUS Defence and Space. The Embedded Software Engineer will be responsible for developing embedded applications and low-level platform software specifically for Flight Control System (FCS) and Flight Management System (FMS) computers. Key tasks include conducting software reviews, creating comprehensive documentation, defining software architecture and design, and supporting the planning of software increments. A strong background in computer science or embedded systems, coupled with professional experience in safety-critical processor architectures and model-based system design, is essential. This position requires high self-motivation, strong team skills, and fluent English proficiency, utilizing tools like C, ADA, and SCADE.
